Requirements for use of the Jam24 e-commerce site. 

Registration

To upload digital files or to advertise and sell physical media or other goods, the seller must register with Jam24Global, trading as Jam24Radio, Jam24Muisc and Jam24Shop and their associated websites.

Copyright

When uploading copyright eligible material (including, but not limited to, songs, pictures, photographs, digital or physical media or goods) you will be required to tick (check) a box confirming that you have the permissions and are the copyright holder of the material for sale. This confirms that you hold the legally required copyright and permissions for the material and/or goods.

Jam24Global is in no way responsible and holds no liability for copyright claims against any person or registrant to the Jam24Global e-commerce platform who have posted goods, whether digital or physical, for sale. Copyright, and any copyright disputes, are solely the responsibility of the registrant or owner.

If Jam24Global is informed of, or otherwise suspects that, any material, whether digital or physical, does not have the appropriate ownership and copyright credentials, Jam24Global will remove the material from sale and will notify the seller or registrant of the removal within 10 working days. The seller or registrant can appeal the decision. The seller/registrant must provide sufficient proof of ownership and/or copyright within 10 working days. Any reinstatement of the material will be at the discretion of Jam24Global.

Reimbursement

The Jam24Global e-commerce system will automatically credit the registrant’s nominated bank account when a sale is made. The registrant will receive 90% of the sale value. Jam24Global will receive 10% of the sale value. Digital content will then be downloadable by the purchaser. This will give unlimited downloads to the purchaser.

The cost of each item on the Jam24Global e-commerce system uploaded or advertised for sale will be determined by the owner/registrant.
Jam24Global takes no responsibility or liability for the amount of sales generated on the Jam24Global platform. Use of the Jam24Global e-commerce platform in no way guarantees sales of the material(s) posted.
